How to use
- Connect the power. Plug the AC adapter into the device, then into an outlet.
- Position the device. Lie on a flat, firm surface with the heat/EMS pads in direct contact with your neck. Dampen the skin if needed for better EMS sensation.
- Power on. Press the power button on the remote — the display lights up and starts a 15-minute timer.
- Choose your mode. Select your preferred mode on the remote; it lights up once running.

Can I use this with a pre-existing medical condition?

Can I use it on a bed or sofa?
A flat, hard surface (tile, wood or a carpeted floor) gives the best
traction. If the initial lift feels too strong, start on a softer surface
like a bed, then move to something firmer as your neck loosens up.
Can I sleep with it on?
No — it isn't intended for use while sleeping. It also has a 15-minute
auto-off timer to help prevent overuse.
Does it help with posture?
Regularly stretching and relaxing tight neck muscles can help support
better posture over time.
Who shouldn't use cervical traction?
Avoid use if you have a diagnosed or suspected cervical spine condition,
severe disc problems, spinal slippage, significant osteoporosis, high
blood pressure or heart problems, are pregnant, or are a child or cancer
