DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery takes from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on product availability in our Cyprus or Japan warehouse. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, and most packages usually arrive within one to two weeks.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted in cases of receiving defective goods, accompanied by the appropriate claim form. Please contact our support team to arrange a return.
