For best contact, lightly dampen the skin before use. EMS intensity resets to level 1 each time you switch modes, and can only be adjusted while the device is touching skin.

How to use

1. Wear and power on. Put it around your neck and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
2. Adjust heating. Press the power/heat button to cycle through low, medium, high and off.
3. Select an EMS mode. Press the mode button to cycle through the 6 EMS modes.
4. Set EMS intensity. Use the +/– buttons — the left pair controls the side/rear pads, the right pair controls the front pads.
